We offer 2 main services: asbestos removal (which includes consultation, independent analysis, encapsulation & licensed removal
and disposal) and asbestos surveys (providing a full report detailing the extent of asbestos present in the premises, together with
recommendations for its treatment and, if appropriate, its removal); and demolition.

and dispose of asbestos products.
“Naba Najran” holds a T G P M E P class license and has undertaken various asbestos removal
projects as follows; Removal of asbestos containing materials from industrial plants,
warehouses, and commercial buildings.
Replacement of asbestos roofing with metal sheeting.
Removal of asbestos pipe lagging from industrial situations and government institutions i.e. hospitals etc. Excavation of asbestos contaminated soil and reinstatement works for
Councils, Minor demolition work, and internal strip outs.
Asbestos is a generic term used to describe several forms of naturally occurring silicate minerals, e.g. Chrysotile (white asbestos), Amosite (brown asbestos) and Crocidolite (blue asbestos).
The link between exposure to all types of asbestos, particularly airborne fibres, and fatal illnesses is well
known., with the number increasing annually.
The most common serious diseases caused by exposure to asbestos are: Asbestosis, Lung Cancer and
Mesothelioma. For these diseases there is no known cure, with victims sometimes dying within 18 months to 2 years from diagnosis.
Millions of tons of products containing asbestos have been used in construction in the past, with many of these products still there and no central register in existence
